Food / eating habits

I always don't have a breakfast and eat dinner at 23:00. I usually go to bed at 2 am,so I get up late in the morning. I want to be asleep than to eat a breakfast. I have to eat a breakfast for my health, so I should get up early. Do you think that I do? I will do my best so that I keep my health. Then I usually eat dinner late because I eat dinner after a work. The head of a Korean restaurant makes dinner for me, so I usually eat Korean foods. I think that it is not good for my health to eat late. I have to change my eating habits.

  1. I don't think such a good idea to skip your breakfast.and eat dinner around at midnight.
    Why dont you get a some food on your breaktime during you work.
